WaveSurfer 3000z

WaveSurfer 3000z
WaveSurfer 3000z has a 10.1-inch capacitive touch display, the longest memory and the most powerful analysis capabilities of math, measurement, debugging and documentation tools. With just the push of a button, you can save all displayed waveforms, oscilloscope settings and screen images, and you can also call LabNotebook files onto the oscilloscope for even better functionality.

Feature
WaveScan Advanced Search
- Locate anomalous events in a single capture, or scan multiple acquisitions for anomalies
- Over 20 modes available for analog or digital channels
Mask test
- Sample testing to quickly identify anomalies and mark their locations
- A history of these pass/fail results can be displayed
Fast waveform update
- Update rates of over 130,000 waveforms per second will easily display random or infrequent events
- Intensity-graded persistence displays show changes over time
History mode waveform replay
- View previous waveforms to discover past anomalies
- Use cursors and measurement parameters to quickly identify the source of problems
- History mode is always enabled and can be accessed by pressing a button
Powerful trigger
- Basic triggers (such as edge or width) can be used for everyday solutions
- Qualified trigger supports triggering across multiple channels
- Powerful logic triggers can be set up to capture parallel patterns
- Smart triggers (such as runt, dropout, or interval) help to quickly isolate anomalies
- Serial Data Triggering adds protocol-specific triggers
Advanced waveform capture with segmented memory
- Save waveforms to segmented memory to capture fast pulses in rapid succession or events separated by longer time intervals
- Combine Sequence mode with advanced triggers to isolate rare events
Serial triggering and decoding for protocol analysis
- Intuitive color-coded overlays in binary, hexadecimal or decimal format
- The trigger function allows a variety of different events
- All decoded data is displayed in an interactive table
Digital voltmeter for precise measurements
- 4-digit voltmeter
- 5-digit frequency counter
- Any channel can be selected as source
- Voltage readings can be set to DC, DC RMS or AC RMS
- Even if the trigger stops, the measured value will continue to update
Logic analysis of 16-channel mixed-signal functions
- View, measure and analyze analog and 16 digital signals simultaneously
- Analog and digital channels can be combined into a single pattern trigger
- WaveScan, trends, statistics and omics plots provide insight into anomalies in digital waveforms
Measuring tools
- 24 measurement parameters
- Additional statistics and histones can be applied to each parameter
- Can display trends for any measurement
LabNotebook Documentation Tools
- Save all displayed waveforms, oscilloscope setups, and screen images with the push of a button
- Loading the LabNotebook file onto the oscilloscope
- Viewing LabNotebook files on a PC using WaveStudio
Built-in function generator to generate waveforms
- Frequency up to 25 MHz
- Waveform options: sine, square, pulse, sawtooth, triangle, noise, and DC
- Rear panel BNC output
- Saved waveforms can be uploaded to WaveSource to generate arbitrary waveforms
Advanced math functions
- A set of 20 in-depth math functions for quick understanding of waveforms
- Dedicated grid for math tracing
- Any Channel, Measurement, or Analysis Package can have mathematical functions applied to it.
